Restricted Substances Policy

1. Scope
Certain research compounds offered by Orion cannot be shipped to certain U.S. states because of state-level statutes regulating research chemicals, peptides, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical-grade materials. This list reflects our current shipping policy. It is not a legal opinion on the status of any compound, and it is not exhaustive.
2. Current Restrictions
Synthetic α-MSH analogue. Melanocortin-receptor research compound. Shipment restricted in listed states under state cosmetic and pharmaceutical statutes.
Cyclic melanocortin-receptor agonist. Shipment restricted in listed states under state cosmetic and pharmaceutical statutes.
Melanocortin receptor agonist. Shipment restricted in listed states under state pharmaceutical and cosmetic statutes.
GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor research compound. Shipment restricted in listed states under state pharmacy compounding statutes covering GLP-1-class preparations.
Dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor research compound. Shipment restricted in listed states under state pharmacy compounding statutes covering GLP-1-class preparations.
GLP-1 receptor research compound. Shipment restricted in listed states under state pharmacy compounding statutes covering GLP-1-class preparations.
Amylin-analogue research compound. Shipment restricted in listed states under state pharmacy compounding statutes covering compounded peptide preparations.
Compounded peptide preparation. Shipment restricted under Texas HB 1817 (compounded peptide preparations).

3. Automatic Enforcement
Our checkout automatically blocks the purchase of restricted compounds when the shipping address is in a restricted state. Attempts to bypass this enforcement — including through misrepresentation of the shipping address — are a material breach of our Terms of Service and will result in cancellation of the order.
4. Buyer Compliance Obligation
Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction. The absence of a compound from this list does not mean that it is legal in any particular jurisdiction for any particular use. Orion makes no representation as to the legality of its products in any specific location.
