Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
Orion ships to addresses within the United States. Certain compounds cannot be shipped to certain states; see the restricted substances policy. Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction.
2. Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled after payment has cleared. Orion does not guarantee any specific processing time, transit time, carrier, packaging method, or delivery window. No operational commitment beyond the shipment of the ordered product is implied or made.
3. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to any product pass to the buyer upon transfer of the package to the carrier. Orion is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or adverse condition that occurs during transit, nor for any environmental exposure or handling that occurs after the package leaves the custody of our fulfillment partner. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt and for any subsequent storage or handling. See the refund policy for the limited case of damaged or defective shipments.
4. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will, at the buyer’s option, be reshipped at the buyer’s expense, or refunded net of any original shipping and handling charge and a restocking fee.
5. Analytical Documentation
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party analytical laboratory. Each order is traceable to a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Values reported on the Certificate of Analysis reflect the state of the batch at the time of analysis. See the COA disclaimer for the scope and limitations of that documentation.
