No. All products sold by Orion are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved by the FDA and are not for human use, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use. Purchasing constitutes agreement to use these compounds solely for legitimate scientific research.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party analytical laboratory and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is issued. Each order is traceable to the Certificate of Analysis on file for that batch. Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes only — see the COA disclaimer for scope and limitations.

Orion's stated purity threshold is a minimum of 98%. The specific purity value for each batch is recorded on that batch's Certificate of Analysis, which is based on third-party analytical testing.

All Orion products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted outside of living organisms in a controlled laboratory environment. Use in any other context, including use in humans, is prohibited under the terms of sale.

Buyers must be 21 years of age or older and must be qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a licensed research institution. At checkout, each buyer must affirmatively attest to their research context, field, and institution, and must acknowledge that the products are for in-vitro use only and are not for human consumption of any kind. If you don't have crypto yet, the easiest on-ramps are Cash App and Venmo — both let you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum inside the app and send it to an external address. (1) Cash App: open the Bitcoin tab, buy BTC with your linked card or balance, then choose Send → External Wallet → paste the deposit address shown on our checkout page. (2) Venmo: open the Crypto tab, buy BTC or ETH, then choose Transfer → External Wallet → paste our address. Coinbase works too once you've verified your account; it usually has the lowest fees. Note that Cash App and Venmo charge ~2-3% on crypto purchases plus a small transfer fee. PayPal generally does not allow most users to withdraw crypto to external addresses, so it is not a workable on-ramp for our checkout.

Each generated payment address is valid for 30 minutes from when you click 'Pay with [currency]' at checkout. If you're using Cash App or Venmo to buy and send crypto, those withdrawals can take 30 minutes to 2 hours, so we recommend buying the crypto first, then starting the checkout — that way the address generates only when you're ready to send. If your address expires before you send, simply restart checkout to generate a new one. Funds sent to an expired address may be delayed or require manual reconciliation.

We accept BTC (Bitcoin network), ETH (Ethereum network), USDT (Ethereum / ERC-20), USDC (Ethereum / ERC-20), and PYUSD. The deposit address shown at checkout will indicate the exact network — please ensure your sending wallet is on the same network or your funds may be lost. If unsure, USDT-ERC20 and USDC-ERC20 are the safest defaults for most users.

We accept Zelle for orders up to $1,500. To pay by Zelle, open your bank's app, choose Send Money / Zelle, add a recipient using the Zelle Tag 'olsresearchsupplyllc', and verify that the recipient name shows as 'OLS RESEARCH SUPPLY LLC' before sending. Then submit the payment confirmation form to let us know to look for it. Cryptocurrency is the recommended method for orders above $1,500. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo as direct payment methods at this time.

Cryptocurrency payments are usually detected on-chain within a few minutes and fully confirmed within 30-60 minutes depending on network conditions. Once confirmed, your order automatically moves to processing — no further action required from you. Zelle payments are typically reviewed and confirmed during business hours within 1-2 hours. You'll receive an email when your payment is confirmed and again when your order ships.

Orion ships to addresses within the United States. Certain compounds cannot be shipped to certain states; see the restricted substances policy. No specific processing time, transit time, carrier, or packaging method is guaranteed. See the shipping policy for the full terms.

Orion accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals. To initiate a return, contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping the product back.

If your order arrives visibly damaged or does not match what was ordered, contact us promptly with photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product. See the refund policy for eligibility and timing.
