Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All peptide shipments include cold packs and insulating packaging to maintain temperature integrity during transit. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday.

Currently, Orion ships within the United States only. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time. All orders must ship to a US address.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the USPS website.

Orion accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals. To initiate a return, contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping the product back.
